Current turn around time, as of Spring 2019 for service items is 2 weeks.† Due to the volume of items currently being received for warranty and repair service work we canít acknowledge receipt of every item.† To date, every item that was sent to us has been received.† An item that is covered under warranty will be shipped without contacting the customer. Items that are being returned for service which include payment for the repair will be returned without contacting the customer.† Customers returning items which are not covered under warranty, or do not include payment, will be contacted for payment by email or phone.† To speed up the process please include all available information, especially for motors.† Motors being returned for warranty service must include proof of purchase and full details of the power system to be covered under warranty.† Improperly used motors, or crashed motors are not covered under warranty.
We make every effort to process service items promptly.† Supplying proper contact information and details of the problem will help in the flow of the process.
