Shipping charges non-refundable. 7 We accept Discover, Visa, MC, money orders, & checks. NO COD. We do not accept international money orders. 8 Orders requiring air or express delivery must be placed before 11 AM CST to guarantee same day shipment. 9 All discrepancies and damages should be reported as soon as possible, and must be reported within 1 business day of receipt. Otherwise credit cannot be given. 10 If a box looks damaged upon receipt, report to the UPS driver immediately and contact your local UPS office for further inspection. Follow all UPS directions and contact us if damaged merchandise is being returned. This procedure must be followed or credit for damaged merchandise can not be given. 11 All returns must be in original packages and subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Custom items are not returnable. 12 $25 fee for return check. Warranty Information Warranty claims for third party products must be handled with the manufacturer. This includes Hitec, Tanic, and Castle Creations products. Solely the manufacturer determines warranty coverage. We urge the customer to deal with the manufacturer directly to reduce turn around time and shipping expenses. Maxx Products does accept these items for exchange under warranty but in instances where the manufacturer must inspect the item, this may add several weeks to the turn around time. Maxx Products International, Inc. warrants all other products. All products have a 90-day warranty to the original owner unless otherwise specified. Maxx Products will process warranty claims on a first come first serve basis. Under no circumstances will an abused, misused, or otherwise damaged products be covered under the warranty policy. All items returned for warranty claims will be inspected prior to replacement or service. Items must be returned to Maxx Products for warranty claims. Items covered under warranty will be exchanged or repaired at Maxx Products' sole discretion. For this reason, we suggest that the customer contact us directly regarding warranty claims on speed controls, motors, gearboxes, and other items which require in-depth technical knowledge.
