When
will my order be processed and shipped?
If your order is placed from Monday to Thursday, it will be processed and
shipped within 48 hours. If your order is placed from Friday 10AM to
Monday 9AM, it will be processed Monday and shipped on Tuesday. For
example, your order is placed
from Tuesday 10AM to Wednesday 9AM, it will be processed Wednesday and shipped
Thursday.
Most
orders are shipped by Priority Mail. Priority mail is a 2-day service,
however there are no guarantees.
When UPS counts the number of days to deliver a package, it is based on “business days”. This does not include Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. It also does not include the day the package was picked up. For example, if your package is shipped by UPS 3-Day Select service and it was shipped on Friday, do not expect your package on the following Monday. Because Friday does not count; Saturday and Sunday do not count either. The first day starts from Monday so you will receive your package on Wednesday. As another example, if your 2nd-Day shipment was picked on Thursday, it will be delivered on Monday not Saturday. However, if you want it delivered on Saturday, it can be done with extra charge by UPS. For more information, please go to
